Ana Rosales

Licensed Health Psychologist and Master’s Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology 

She is currently completing her PhD at the University of Málaga, focusing on emotional regulation, and has presented her work at national conferences such as the International Congress of Clinical and Health Psychology in Children and the Ibero-American Congress of Clinical and Health Psychology.

She combines clinical practice with research, addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, and couples and family therapy, helping to improve dynamics and communication in interpersonal relationships. She also has experience in neuropsychology, working with developmental disorders such as autism and ADHD, as well as with dementia and other neurological conditions.

Her therapeutic approach is based on cognitive-behavioral therapy and grounded in scientific evidence, providing individualized care tailored to each person’s needs, with the aim of improving psychological and emotional well-being.
