Her doctoral dissertation focused on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and since then she has developed an extensive clinical, teaching, and research career. She has published in national and international journals and conferences, is the author of chapters in specialized manuals, and of the book Treating Dependent Personality Disorder, part of the Therapeutic Resources collection published by Pirámide.

She has combined university teaching with private clinical practice since 1998, working in both individual and group treatment of personality disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties.
