Licensed Health Psychologist and Master’s Degree with Specialization in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Children and Adolescents.
She has further expanded her training in Perinatal Mental Health at the European Institute of Perinatal Mental Health, which is currently the main focus of her professional development.
In addition to her clinical work, she has participated in several research projects in the field of psychology. Notably, she worked at the Complutense University of Madrid on a study examining the use of telemetry systems and video games for the assessment of cognitive abilities in both clinical and non-clinical populations. She has also collaborated with the MindLab team, dedicated to the prevention of aggression in adolescents and to training teachers in classroom behavior management. She has worked at the Francisco de Vitoria University (Madrid), participating in student selection and guidance processes.
She combines clinical intervention with research and training, always guided by scientific rigor, respect, and an approach tailored to each individual.
